22603 Flexable Stainless Steel Braided Wire Valve Extension, 9.5 inch.
On dual tire setups, these flexable extensions screw on to the inner valve stem and come out through the outside wheel and then fasten under the lug nut using a stabilizer plate. They create easy access to those hard-to-reach inner tire valve stems by extending them 9.5 inches!
